Return Policy

This Return Policy describes your rights to withdraw from a distance contract and to return products when you purchase from Quarrionwrzleao ("we", "us", "our") via https://quarrionwrzleao.ddd. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. We are based in Norway and comply with Norwegian consumer law and, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) without delay.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; we will not charge any fee for the reimbursement.
3. Return of goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise. We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging where not necessary for inspection).
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging where possible and use a traceable delivery method. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return until we receive the goods. Please include your order reference or name and email so we can process the return quickly.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in certain cases, including (where relevant):
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain sealed supplement bottles once opened).
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you have requested that we begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period (e.g. expedited processing), you may be liable to pay for services performed until you informed us of your withdrawal. For any product-specific exception, we will inform you before you place the order.
5. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong item, missing items), you have rights under Norwegian consumer law (e.g. reparation, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund). Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photos. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law and will bear the cost of return where the goods are faulty or non-conforming.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or, where we have offered to collect the goods, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
7. Business customers
If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Any return or refund for business customers is at our discretion or as agreed in writing. Our Terms of Service and any separate commercial terms apply.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For orders already placed, the version in effect at the time of the order applies to that order.
